It answers your calls, books jobs onto your schedule, prices work, and handles the follow-up that piles up after dark: reminders, invoices, review requests, and social posts.
No. You keep your number and forward it to the line we provision for you. Customers keep calling the number they already have, and you can stop forwarding whenever you want.
It picks up, asks what the job is, where they are, and when they're available, using the services, hours and FAQs you configured. It books the job on your schedule and texts the customer back. Every call turns into a lead you can see, with a full transcript, so you can check exactly what was said.
The call still becomes a lead with a transcript, so nothing disappears. If a call is missed, it can automatically text the caller back so you don't lose them while you're on a job.
There are no plans or seats. You pay what it actually cost to run your account that month, plus a flat, locked markup. A slow month costs less than a busy one, and a month where you use nothing costs nothing. Adding people to your crew does not change the rate.

Yes and no. Blue Collar Beaver is a web app, so it works in any browser on your phone, including uploading job photos from the field. We don't have dedicated iOS and Android apps yet, but you'll be the first to know when we do.
